Fees include attendance at 3 day seminar, tuition and course materials.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or transfers more than four weeks before the course date, no charge will be made and payment will be refunded or reallocated in full. For cancellations less than four weeks before the course, full fees are payable and no refund will be offered. For transfers to a later presentation of the same course, at less than four weeks notice, an additional charge equal to 25% of the fees will be charged. If provisional dates are revised after the registration date, the delegate will be informed and given the option to cancel at no charge, within a specified timeframe.

The course provider retains the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. The course provider will under no circumstances be liable to make payments to delegates in the event of cancellation of any course or part of a course other than repayment of all or part of the fees paid by the delegate to attend that course.
